One must be careful with commercial bus accident cases to make the claim in the county where the injured victim resides. Often the bus corporation is foreign as is the residence of the driver. The case would then properly be in Federal Court. If the attempt is made to sue it in state court, it could be moved to a Federal Court in a different county, much less convenient to the plaintiff. Care must be taken by the plaintiff's attorney to insure that proper "venue" is achieved at the outset!
