A State Supreme Court jury Tuesday ordered insurance carriers for an Amherst woman to pay an Orchard Park woman $500,000 for injuries suffered in a two-car crash in the parking lot of the Eastern Hills Mall in Clarence.
The automobile crash caused a broken arm and required the woman to have a hip replacement JUST two months later. The collusion aggravated an arthritic hip mandating the surgery. The defendant failed to stop or look while crossing a roadway in a mall parking lot, ramming the passenger side of the car.
